The FRA is perfectly located in the heart of central London with optimal transport links to the whole of the UK and abroad. A recent £1.6m renovation of our building has ensured state of the art facilities designed to suit a wide variety of needs.
We hire out a variety of rooms and spaces to suit a wide range of events and business needs.
Our lecture theatre, complete with catwalk if required, seats up to 200 people and is ideal for launches, presentations and workshops. Our meeting rooms range in size and are suitable for gatherings of 2 to 20 people. We can also provide classrooms with full size interactive presentation screens.
Additional spaces for hire include a sewing room with 20 sewing machines, IT suites, a Retail Hub with windows on to the street, a restaurant and catering facilities.
Our 2nd floor Business Area has a bank of individual pods for up to two people to rent on a hot-desk basis with contracts between one month and one year subject to availability.

This double height 140sqm multi-functional lecture theatre benefits from an enhanced AV system to with outstanding projection, display, digital signage and control systems as well as a professional audio console. This integrated audio visual scheme sets the FRA apart with technological resources that can deliver a dynamic event. An optional catwalk, additional upper level balcony, a 60sqm lobby and backstage area offers complete flexibility for a wide variety of events including catwalk shows, conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings.

Business Hub Training Room
The large and light Business Bub Training Room is located on the second floor and includes an adjoining lobby which is ideal as a breakout space for refreshments or as a reception area. This room comes with a portable projector screen offering flexibility on use and a variety of layouts.

The FRA benefits from a wide range of Training rooms which are located on the third and fourth floors. All rooms and bright and have natural light and offer an ideal space for training sessions and workshops. All rooms come equipped with a 65” smart board projector screen, sound and PC facilities.

Our newly upgraded IT Rooms with all new PCs are located on the lower ground and second floor. These rooms have up to 32 desktop PC’s and a 65” smart board projector screen, sound and PC facilities. Software available includes Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. Ideal for use as training or demonstrations.

Our brand new addition to venue hire – a beautiful bright and double height exhibition space with large windows facing Rathbone Place. Benefiting from state of the art lighting and the option of a private entrance, this space is a blank canvass with complete flexibility on layout and wall fixtures, which makes it ideal for exhibitions, product launches and pop-up shops. The space also makes a unique training and seminar space for product training.
