Who is it for?
Open Days are for anyone thinking about applying to the Fashion Retail Academy.
What happens on the day?
Throughout the open day, you will:
- Hear from our Principal, Lee Lucas, or Director of Academic Excellence, Tracy Pritchard
- Get an in-depth look at our courses through tutor-led talks
- Speak to our Wellbeing, Careers, and Fees & Funding teams for support and advice

Taster Days: Get Ready to Start Your Course
Who is it for?
Taster Days are for students who already have a conditional or unconditional offer for a Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma.
What happens on the day?
On the day you'll have the chance to:
- Meet other new students in an icebreaker session led by current FRA students
- Take part in a hands-on workshop with tutors from your chosen course
- Enjoy a fun reception with a DJ, photo booth, drinks and sweet treats
Why attend?
Taster Days help you feel more confident about starting your course, meet new classmates, and get a taste of student life at the FRA.
How To Attend a Taster Day
If you've received an offer for a Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma, you'll receive a postal invite with a QR code to register.
Please note: Places are limited, so register as soon as possible!

- 24th or 25th June 2025 - Level 2 Fashion Retail and Level 3 Fashion Retail
- 26th or 27th June 2025 - Level 3 Fashion Design and Level 3 Visual Communications
Key Things You Need to Know Before You Attend
- Taster days are optional but highly recommended - they'll help you feel more prepared for your course.
- Attending a Taster Day does NOT secure your place - you still need to complete online enrolment.
- You must upload your grades to the FRA portal on results day.
- Keep an eye out on your emails and texts for important updates about enrolment.

Do I still need to upload my grades and enrol if I attend a Taster Day?
