Overview
If you are considering a career in data analytics for fashion, this course is a great introduction.
This unique hybrid short course makes using and analysing data accessible and easy. Using live examples and case studies, this course will teach you how to organise, prepare and analyse data, as well as how to prepare reports that can be easily understood.
Split into five sessions over five weeks, this course will be taught both in person at the Fashion Retail Academy campus, and online.
By the end of this course, you’ll have a good understanding of how to analyse, manipulate and visualise data in Excel. You could progress into further study or apply your new data skills to your current role.
TUTOR
Shana Ndombasi studied Psychology before her Msc in Business Analytics and Consultancy. She combines that understanding of people with understanding data to deliver digital training in accessible ways. She has been a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer with various industries.
She is proficient in Thoughtspot, Looker, BigQuery, DBT, Fivetran, and more. She specialises in hypothesis testing, data modelling, data pipelines, ETL processes, reporting, requirements gathering, dashboard creation, stakeholder management, visualisations and training. She has been sharing her knowledge with fashion industry apprentices, including at ASOS, via the FRA, for the last year.
