Step Into Electra House

arrowBack

21st November 2024

Since September, we've been settling into our brand-new, larger campus at Electra House, just minutes from Liverpool Street Station. It's twice the size of our old campus, giving us more space, better facilities and the opportunity to provide a wider range of courses.

What You'll Find at Electra House

We've created a great learning environment with specialist facilities including:

  • A large library and quiet study spaces
  • Six lecture theatres with up to 200-inch screens
  • Photography studios, digital suites, and creative labs
  • A discovery nook for group work and collaboration
  • A dedicated fashion design wing for pattern making, sewing and more

There are also plenty of communal spaces to hang out between classes, like our on-site café and a hidden indoor garden. Plus, if you're looking to study one of our degree courses, you'll get access to our exclusive "speakeasy"

Getting to Electra House

The Electra House is easy to get to. It's only a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and is directly opposite Moorgate Station, so getting here by tube, bus or train is quick and simple. If you're coming from Kent, Essex or Brighton, you'll find it easy to commute too!

Don't forget to check out Railcard and Oyster card options to help save on your travel!

What's Around Electra House?

There's lots to do in the area! Right behind Electra House, you'll find Finsbury Circus Gardens, a great spot for a relaxing break. You're also close to popular places like Pret, Boots and Café Nero for a quick snack or coffee on the go.

For food and drinks, head over to to Spitalfields Market or Shoreditch for street food and cool bars. Broadgate Circle is just a 5 minutes walk away, with places like Franco Manca and Grind Coffee.

If you love shopping, Cheapside and One New Chance are only 10 minutes away, with shops like Zara, H&M and Accessorize. For creative inspiration, check out the Barbican Centre nearby for art events and a beautiful conservatory. Plus, for amazing city views, head to The Garden at 120, a free rooftop garden just 10 minutes away.
